Jaylan Kimbrough is team leader in the Accounting Department. He has taken classes such as Accounting, Banking and Credit, and AP Macroeconomics. Being Team Captain of the high school volley ball team has helped being team leader for the department much easier. Jaylan's strength is having patience and staying calm when asking others to do their work. Jaylan brings financial stability to our company and pays all of the employees while also keeping an eye on all purchases in order for us to run smoothly.
Francisca Meza is the team leader in the Human Resources Department. Franny has taken classes such as AVID that have helped her build leadership and maintain a calm atmosphere. She is extremely reliable and helps her team members when they have trouble with their tasks. An achievement for this department was having the company handbook being mentioned in the Bakersfield competition in January. Francisca revises the employee handbook and brings communication and new ideas to our company.
Jhailun Thomas is the leader in the Graphic Arts Department. He is the brilliant mind behind the company billboard and he designed the cover for the company catalog. Jhailun has taken Economics, Financial planning, AP Studio Art., and art class every year. He brings artistic flavor and creativity to our company and helps us shine. Jhailun reviews all graphic arts designs to ensure they are aesthetically pleasing and eye catching. He is in charge of the company branding and has helped the members of his department use computer programs to create our designs and color schemes.

Ethan Johnson is the team leader in Sales and Marketing. Ethan believes a personal achievement he has achieved has been becoming a better leader for his team. He has taken classes such as FST Math that have assist him in his responsibilities as leader. Ethan is Team Captain of the wrestling team and is extremely helpful on keeping everyone on task. If someone has trouble completing a task, he will assist them or refer them to someone else who can. Ethan brings motivation and organization to our company.
Ashleigh Randall is the team leader of the Admin Department. Some of the department's achievements were having the business plan make it to regional and winning 2nd place for booth design in the Novice competition. Ashleigh has taken classes such as Financial Planning and Banking and Credit. She is able to keep everyone on task and she creates new ideas for the company newsletter every month.
Erynn Lasher is the CEO of our company. Erynn's achievement as CEO was having the company's manual receive honorable mention in the Bakersfield trade show. Erynn has taken classes such as Financial planning, personal finances, and she was editor in chief of the yearbook for two years. She is very determined and efficient with her work. Erynn brings a level of professionalism, organization, and motivation to our company. Thanks to her hard work and efforts, we were able to transform an idea into a successful company.
Sandra Mote is the CFO for our company. Her achievements as CFO was having the company catalog win honorable mention and winning 2nd place for the booth design in the Bakersfield competition. She has taken business classes such as Banking and Credit and Financial planning which has helped shape her to become the best CFO we could have ever hoped for. Sandra brings a friendly environment to the company and makes working much more enjoyable, and her strength of keeping an eye on departments to insure all tasks are being completed has helped us become a efficient company.
